We value your business and understand unfortunate circumstances may come up.  For your convenience two reminders will be sent via text/email, 48 hours prior to your appointment.  In the event you should need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.  

All services received, gift cards, and promotional packages are not eligible for a refund. However, we will allow exchange of unused,  prepaid packages, and exchange of unused skin care products within 14 days.
